The tragedy of September 11, 2001 was the loudest terrorist attack in the history of mankind. The fall of the Twin Towers killed 2,977 people from 92 countries. This terrible event affected not only New York, America, but the whole world.

Inside the building is the most expensive transport hub in the world, including a huge shopping center. Most importantly, you'll see the Liberty Tower, the tallest building in America, standing at 1,776 feet, symbolizing the year that the United States' Declaration of Independence was signed. If you wish, you can climb the observation decks on the 100th - 102nd floors.
